John Owen brings more than 25 years of experience in management and financial consulting to the leadership team. His early background includes roles at State Street, Accenture, and KPMG. He was previously CFO for a supply-chain management company. John joined Airshare as CFO in 2016 and became CEO in March 2018. John received a bachelor's degree in business administration from the University of Kansas and a master's degree in accounting from the University of Missouri-Kansas City.
A 25-year veteran of aviation, AlexFranz has been with Airshare since 2003. Currently serving as President, Fractional Operations since 2024, Alex has been a part of the Executive team since 2020, while previously serving in other various leadership roles within the company, including, VP Operations, Director of Operations, Chief Pilot and Captain. Earlier in his career, he was a captain for a freight airline and Flight Instructor at a flight school. Alex is type rated in the Phenom 100, Phenom 300, Beechjet and King Air 350 aircraft, logging over 6,000 hours of total flight time. He holds a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from the University of Kansas.
Dylan Haynie brings more than 26 years of aviation industry experience and a results-driven, achievement-oriented focus to the company's leadership team. He manages and directs Airshare's sales team to secure new business across all facets of our business, including Aircraft Management, Fractional Ownership, EMBARK Jet Cards, and Charter Services. Prior to joining the company in 2018, Dylan served as sales director for Embraer and vice president of sales at Flexjet. He holds a juris doctor and bachelor of business administration from Baylor University.
KC Ihlefeld brings more than 25 years of experience in aircraft management to the leadership team. KC joined Airshare as EVP in 2023 and became President, Aircraft Management in July 2024. He fine-tuned his aircraft management expertise, working in various roles including management, sales and service delivery with some of the industry’s leading firms. He previously was SVP Aircraft Management for Gama Aviation which was later acquired by Wheels UP, serving in the same role. KC helped lead the acquisition of Wheels UP’s Aircraft Management business, by Airshare in 2023. KC received a bachelor's degree in economics from the Jack Welch College of Business at Sacred Heart University in Fairfield, CT.
Andy Tretiak has over 30 years of experience leading marketing, strategic planning and brand development for consumer and business-to-business brands. As CMO for Airshare, Andy leads the company's branding, strategic marketing and communications efforts. Prior to joining Airshare, he was managing partner and co-founder of the digital marketing agency Brand Propulsion. He previously was CMO of Major League Soccer club Sporting Kansas City, where he was the architect of the team's highly successful rebrand in 2010. Earlier in his career, Andy spent several years in sports marketing, brand activation and advertising. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Missouri.
Suzanne Williams is a strategic financial and operational executive with deep experience in public, private, and ESOP companies. As COO at Airshare, she leads finance, legal, HR, and IT. Previously, Suzanne served as CFO at Barkley, and additionally spent two decades at Sprint, most recently as VP of Financial Planning and Analysis and Chief Audit Executive. Suzanne serves on the boards of Airshare and Centric Construction and has held leadership roles with several Kansas City non-profits. She holds an Executive Education Certificate from Georgetown University and a BS in Business Administration and Accounting from Kansas State University. She is a Certified Public Accountant.
