This past year was full of positive changes and impactful growth within our Aircraft Management division. Here is what we have been up to:
ADDITIONS TO OUR FLEET
In addition to the aircraft in our fractional fleet we expanded our managed fleet to 21 aircraft, including several additions to our FAR 135 certificate that are available for charter:
- Challenger 300 (Buffalo, NY)
- Legacy 500 (Addison, TX)
- Phenom 100 (Kansas City, MO)
- Phenom 300 (Houston, TX) coming soon post Wi-Fi installation
- We are on pace to add an additional 5+ aircraft to our 135 certificate in 2020
ADDITION OF DEDICATED SALES DIRECTOR
Matt Hall recently joined our team. He has over 20 years in the industry and is positioned to help grow our aircraft management business.
UPDATED FINANCIAL OFFERINGS
Refocused and revised our financial offering to maximize the service and bulk buying power we provide to our managed customers.
SUPPLEMENTAL LIFT
Qualified Aircraft Management customers have access to our fractional fleet when scheduled or unscheduled maintenance occurs or you need an additional aircraft.
FORWARD-LOOKING STRATEGY
Our focus moving forward is to add managed aircraft that complement our core fleet of aircraft (i.e. Phenom 100 and Phenom 300 aircraft). As we move towards adding a super-midsize jet into our fractional fleet, we are actively looking at adding Legacy 500 and Challenger 300/350 type aircraft.
The synergies that will come with like-kind aircraft between our fractional program and the aircraft management program will continue to enhance the value proposition we provide our clients. It will equate to deeper discounts we can pass through as well.
There are additional airframe types that are attractive buys in the used and charter markets as well and we will continue to push for those airframes as we grow (i.e. Citation Excel/XLS).
