Employee Referral Form

For every new non-pilot employee referred and hired, the referring employee will be eligible for a $500 bonus the first pay date following 60 days of employment.

For every pilot referred and hired, the referring employee will be eligible for a $1000 bonus once the new hire successfully completes initial training and another $1,000 after 6 months of employment. Until May 31, 2019, PIC referrals will receive $1,500 after successfully completing training and another $1,500 after 6 months of employment.
